We are a multi-use creative and special event venue, with 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space.
Our unique design utilizes the building’s raw, industrial charm and flexible floor plan to create a truly one of a kind location. We have multiple gallery and lounge spaces, as well as a big outdoor space that can be used for parking or other.
We are ideal for filming, commercial shoots, private events, live performances, art exhibits, experiential brand marketing events, and anything in between.
We also offer in house pro-audio and visual equipment, and mobile furniture and bar counters.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
