My cozy charmer home is a super production friendly space. Located right in downtown Fort Lauderdale, the neighborhood is a film friendly space with cooperative neighbors, no HOA, and lots of street parking available. The home has modern contemporary interiors with a coastal farmhouse feel. The space features shiplap walls, architectural details such as wrapped columns and beams. The home has a nice inviting screened porch with cozy coastal furniture, a fireplace and a large tv. Upon entering the home you are greeted by the main area which is an open concept space with a neutral palette, dark hardwood floors, cream and gray furnishings, warm lighting and white walls. The living room has a fireplace, a cozy sofa, nice plants and artwork all around the space. The living room opens to the dining area that has a light wooden table and contemporary dining chairs. There is also a cute little coffee nook in the dining area, The kitchen is separated from the rest of the main area by a counter/ breakfast bar. Stainless steel sink, range cooktop and white quartz countertops. The bathroom has a farmhouse feel with white walls and cabinets, while still remaining very modern. It also has his and hers dual sinks, a pocket door and shiplap walls. There is a small fenced in backyard in the back which can be used for production. We have a screened front porch with a modern outdoor seating area. Overall, this is a nice cozy space for shoots! Great find for projects that require a neutral color palette. Perfect for photoshoots, interviews and a wide range of production needs.
