There are three outdoor spaces. A covered porch with seating for 8 off the kitchen. Backyard has bench seating for 12.
And seating for two off small porch attached to master bedroom.
Lots of extra rooms for hair and makeup - family TV room downstairs main level with 75 inch TV.
Kids room, office, and master upstairs.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
