Inside the home:
MAIN FLOOR:
Kitchen:
In the kitchen there will be coffee, a selection of black teas and organic herbal teas and sugar, plus a banana bread, fresh fruit and eggs to start you off. Look around and feel free to use what is there; spices, salt pepper, and olive oil. All other appliances: kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine, pots and pans, knives, utensils and cutlery are located within the cupboards in the kitchen. Look around and make yourself at home. Manuals for the stove and range are in the cupboard to the right of the oven.
Living Room:
There is cable tv and WIFI available. Netflix is also available on this television. Loads of board games are located in the drawers of the media unit. have a look around and enjoy.
Paella doors: locking the doors out to the patio involve having the doors in an open position then turning lock in the left door into a vertical position and shutting the left door to the meet the right door. Use your screens to keep out bugs.
Formal dining room- if you use the fireplace the switch is located to the left of the fireplace
Outdoor area in main floor-‘s
There is a shared patio area off of our deck.
UPSTAIRS
Master Bedroom, 2nd bedroom with ensuite, 3rd and 4th bedroom.
There is extra bedding for all bedrooms in the bedroom closet in the second bedroom, if necessary.
Laundry Closet:
Washer/ dryer manuals are above the machines.
Heating:
The thermostats are on the walls scattered throughout the house in most rooms. Fans are available in each bedroom closet for your use. The house can get warm on a hot summer day so it is best to leave the windows open in the bedrooms upstairs and run the fans throughout the night. It is not recommended to leave screen doors or windows open on the main floor for safety reasons. Also the roof top deck should be shut at night.
Roof top deck:
Please note that no children should be on the roof top deck without adult supervision. On a windy day, the rooftop door may slam shut so it is best to open and shut the deck with each entry or exit into the deck.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
