A great beach getaway location, this Malibu ocean view vintage bungalow and annex space boasts multiple shooting options and a private fenced property. With access to a secluded beach, an amazing landscaped garden/patios and high ceilings in the public areas, the location is drenched with natural light. The grasscloth walls and vaulted ceilings create a designed look or historic feel. Private parking for 7 cars stacked in the driveway area. A converted garage/annex space can be used as a production office or shooting space (or a base camp for shoots in the area). Please note the home is located on PCH for anyone inquiring about recording sound. Location rep will be on site for the duration of the rental to assist with anything that may arise. Location rep fee is $300 per day and production to provide toilets and remove trash at end of shoot.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
