The home is easily accessible via Lyft and Uber, close to Interstates 85, 75 and 20; making it conveniently located close to the very best of the city has to offer. Urban Hideaway ATL is a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2 bath open concept bungalow featuring 11 ft ceilings, recessed lighting, a chef’s kitchen complete with large island and stainless steel appliances, providing sufficient workable space. The master bedroom suite is located in the front of the home, while the remaining queen and full bedrooms as well as the main bathroom are located towards the back of the home. Adorning the corridor leading to the private yard, a vibrant mural by local Atlantan artist boasts a colorful city landscape backdrop, welcoming all to South Atlanta. The home is equipped with smart technology including: security monitoring system, outdoor video surveillance, Nest thermostat, smoke detectors, privacy safe noise monitoring system, keyless entry, smart tv, video doorbell and extended high speed wireless internet access. The private yard accommodates 2 cars comfortably and ample parking can be found around the perimeter of the home. Urban Hideaway ATL perfectly blends modern conveniences with essential amenities and is an all-around a great space for smaller productions: TV, film, photo shoots, commercials, documentary interviews, other types of interviews, cooking video, cooking shoot, food and beverage shoot, food and beverage photography, food production, promotional video, infomercials, web series shoots, head shot, production, apparel shoot, etc. HOUSE RULES MAXIMUM CAPACITY This home’s maximum capacity is 20 guests. . RESERVATION TIME Please be mindful all reservation start and end times should include the set-up and break-down time. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments our hourly rate. . OCCUPANCY RATES Rates are determined based on total number of 20 cast and crew members. . CLEANLINESS Please be respectful of the home by leaving it in the same condition you found it. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damage (walls, floors, furniture etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Set Scouter. A walk through is required before and after all bookings. . FURNITURE Moving furniture around is okay but MUST be carefully returned to its original location prior to departure. Please avoid dragging items across the floor (suitcases, equipment, chairs, etc.) . INSURANCE + DEPOSITS Guest must provide a certificate of insurance or a refundable security deposit of $500 (in lieu of insurance) and valid permits (if applicable) for all vendors. All permits and deposits/insurance must be provided 48 hours prior to shoot date. Security deposits can be collected via Cashapp, Paypal or Zelle. . SMOKING + PETS This is a smoke-free and pet free home. . ADDITIONAL FEES Guests are encouraged to do a thorough inspection and report any missing and/or damaged items at the beginning of their reservation. The cost of any missing or broken items will be charged to the guest upon checkout inspection. Please note, if you break the house rules, you will be asked to leave immediately.
