This is a single family home New Orleans original shot gun styled home. It is located in the 7th ward marigny bywater area in New Orleans, La. This property will be great for celebrations and productions. Celebrations such as birthday partys, holiday party and private party’s. Productions such as video shoot, music video, documentary, reality tv, and etc.
This house have a 30 by 60 backyard with outdoor seating that can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. The back yard is wide which allows for easy access for vehicle to load and unload large and bulky items if needed.
