Centrally located on a quiet street close to San Pablo ave and there is s hopping center across the street with Grocery stores , coffee shop and Restaurants.
The house has 3 bedrooms. 2 on the main floor and the 3rd is a large loft on the 2nd floor. The Kitchen is well stocked and spacious.
There is a living room and a study, a deck and a backyard. The house makes a great film location.
