Pre-Civil War Stone House on 22 Acres
This house was built in 1821 on what used to be a hops farm. Nice scenery all around. Well off the road, loads of parking. Not furnished except for one room upstairs. The house is careworn. Available for the day or for long projects since it is mostly vacant. Owner is very easy to work with, reasonable and flexible.
The house shares the property with an indoor tropical bird and butterfly exhibit which cannot be seen from the front. The contract would be for the house itself, although additional access to the butterflies and other animals in their indoor garden is negotiable, or could be negotiated by itself.
There is a large parking lot.
No adult films.
The road in the photo is the driveway.
