An 1800 century period home with a modern update. Victorian features with high ceilings in the main kitchen area that includes a formal dining room, built-in corner cabinets, and fireplace. Perfect for a dining room setting.
Backyard includes a large, enclosed pool area (pictures attached) with a 3-car detached garage and half basketball court. The centerpiece of the outside includes a magnificent tall pine tree that encircles the entire driveway.
French doors connect the dining room to the living room and kitchen. A large backyard deck overlooks the entire enclosed pool area, which includes seating area of couches, Adirondack chair set. Fire pit next to pool.
Last year a film crew used our home for their upcoming movie and had a great experience.
