We are an ideal location for any variety of video shoots- including corporate, broadcast, online, music, TV series, and film.
We have a dressing room for HMUA and wardrobe, private office space for production administration, full kitchen for catering and crafty, an extra room for staging and overnight equipment storage, street-level load-in, and a huge open area to accommodate any scene. Our largest room is 1,265 square feet, where almost any set design could be applied.
We also have WiFi, a sound system, and 2 large 65" televisions on location.
In addition, the space is used for conferences, events, and meetings that serve the public good. Reach out with any questions, whether for video or events.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
