10 seat fully functioning hair salon with beautiful Gucci wallpaper, dripping chandeliers, vanity's, hair washers, etc Reception desk, private entrance, and outdoor relaxing area.
RESTAURANT/BAR:
Fully functioning chic restaurant/bar with small outdoor balcony including seating. Restaurant: couches, tables, chairs & barstools. Green marbled back splash bar, fully functioning and stocked with equipment. Art laden walls. Blue tooth sound system, + mic system capabilities.
CAFE:
Cafe, including outdoor balcony and seating. Barista bar with espresso machine and fully functioning coffee bar area. Art laden walls. Four stalled unisex restroom adjacent.
ROOFTOP:
Black and White striped furniture. Lounge seating, with nestled in beautiful shrubbery. Pergola with lighting and table/seating for 12. Sound system + mic capabilities.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
