This Ranch is one of the most prestigious properties in the Flathead Valley, overlooking Flathead Lake. An expansive 23 acres, fenced with its own gate-guarded entries, this property is one of a kind. With the private stocked pond (with paddle boards and a paddle boat), basketball court, horseshoes, volleyball court, professional gym, outdoor movie theatre, fire rings, walking trails and SO much more, you will never have a dull moment. The property consists of the Main Lodge which houses up to 18 people, the Guest House which accommodates up to 8 people, The Back Barn accommodates 6 people. Pond-front Cabin accommodates 2 (must be an add on to Main Lodge only). All of the buildings can be rented individually (other than the Cabin), as a package or anything in between. Each building has a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. This property is first class with mature groomed landscape and professionally decorated residences. You will realize that the pictures don’t do it justice! Once you arrive, it will be hard to leave!
We are located a mile and a half from Lakeside, Flathead Lake’s west shore hub. Lakeside is home to gas, groceries, restaurants, bars and recreation.
In addition to the amenities located at The Ranch, we offer a concierge service to assist in booking your adventures while you are here! Whether it be whitewater rafting, fishing charters, boat rentals, horseback rides or a chuckwagon dinner.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
