The pond is unspoiled and surrounded by trees and trails. The forest is home to many different forms of wild life and plant life including fields of trillium. Winding trails nestled among many varieties of foliage, leading over small rustic bridges and creeks, hilly areas, and marshy areas. The property backs onto train tracks bordered by forests on both sides.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
