3000 sq ft split level home on an acre of land. Long driveway and street parking available. Home is newly renovated and decorated elegantly with still a lived in feel. Rules: No smoking inside, only outside This listing describes the main level and upstairs, excluding the basement. However if you only need to book certain areas of the property, we can negotiate the rate accordingly. Availability is flexible. The bedrooms in this listing are to be used for staging and/or filming only. 2 bedrooms are furnished while the other 2 are empty for staging of your choice - NO overnight stays are allowed. The homeowner reserves the right to be onsite while film production is in session and/or during wrap-up (though out of view) Any action scenes that involve physical altercations, running back and forth, jumping, stomping, stomping up stairs, and/or slamming doors need to be kept at a minimum. Any scenes requiring liquid or food being thrown, spilled, etc will need to be discussed in detail with homeowner beforehand. Film Productions must be able to provide their own liability insurance. The home owner DOES NOT have the type of commercial insurance that covers such events as a film production on private property. For smaller production companies that do not have liability insurance certain provisions can be made depending on the type of production, number of crew members and what all is being filmed. There is a park and 2 schools near by (less than a mile) in case additional parking is needed
