Craftsman Cottage Style Home - built into 1930s. We have been renovating and updating for over 20 years. We have experience working with set crews as well as have worked hands on with popular home improvement channels in our area over the years. We absolutely love combining our natural talents of creativity & craftsmanship and pouring our heart and soul into our home. We are empty nesters who love entertaining & sharing our home with others. We are situated on almost 3 acres, a portion is across the street and adjoins Beaver Creek! We have almost 3600 square feet. A Primary on main, kitchen, small office and formal front sitting room and a 900 square foot living room as well as a large upper den style room that has a large bar area as well as pool table. The room is one of our favorites in the home with it's moody vibe and amenities. The upper area also has a small landing, sitting area at the top of the stairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We also have a fenced in pool area, covered front and back porch with outdoor kitchen area as well as a cellar type basement for creepy shots and a walk up attic over our large-detached garage. Our home is a beautiful cream color with a fun green door. We have kept some of the vintage aesthetic and combined it with an eclectic mix of current design applications.
