Our 2200 square foot home was built in 1980. Our upstairs was renovated in 2005 and is contemporary and has a coastal feel. It has a very large master bedroom with ensuite. Flooring upstairs is hand scraped birch. There are 3 other bedrooms and 2 of them are currently used as home offices.
The main floor has terra-cotta tile floors, a 1980's style kitchen with oak cabinets that faces the family room. The back wall of the house is mostly windows and faces our beautiful backyard.
Great backyard for weddings, parties, and meetings. Great location for shooting film productions and located just 3 blocks from Boundary Bay/Centennial Beach.
