The space is a beautiful house on 12 acres. 4 acres of the land is lawn and 8 acres is of a forest with a stream. The house is bright and classy with classic traditional interiors that give it a home-y and lived in vibe. The space is well decorated and appointed with lost of classic decors and accents. The walls are lined with wainscotting and the floors are a combination of marble tiles and hardwood. When you enter the home you are greeted with a foyer that leads to the stairs. The kitchen is large and spacious with a farmhouse feel and a large kitchen island counte with sink. There are lots of unique rooms that can be used for shooting, multiple bedrooms, an office, a garage,large closets etc. The exteriors of the house is grand and the lawn is well manicured. There is a lot of outdoor seating and entertaining space wuth a gazebo and a firepit area. The home also has a shed for storage. The space is perfect for a variety of production needs.
