General Rules:
-No shoes in house; alternatively, use shoe covers and ram board/matts/floor covering
-No liquids or food in bedrooms
-No adult content shoots
-Please take trash out; do not overflow bins.
-Hard in and out times -- booked time includes load in/out.
-Shut and lock all doors and windows when you leave.
RE: Pets - We love animals and own one ourselves but please reach out as we are happy to discuss if required for the shoot.
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside. Please take all cigarette, vape or cannabis smoking outside in the backyard only.
Alcohol is only permitted for all guests over 21 years of age upon approval.
For anyone with allergies, please note that a dog lives on the premises.
Please leave the house in the condition you found it in. This includes returning all furniture to its original location. Cleaning fee is not included in hourly rate so please make sure on-site crew takes care of any messes & visible debris on floors/rugs.
This is our full-time home. PLEASE take care of the space and be respectful of our neighbors during your production.
-$250 flat fee for shoots that begin before 8am or end after 8pm, or that require leaving equipment overnight.
-$150 flat fee for cleaning/sanitizing service.
-Violating rules may result in damage charges.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
