Are you an independent filmmaker or media artist in need of an affordable interior location? Our property is perfect for your next student, indie, or professional production. We are a flexible group of producers that understand the expectations and responsibilities of hosting shoots in our home. With the property being mostly vacant of furniture, feel free to bring whatever it takes to make your vision come to life In this 5 bedroom, 3 stories location. The possibilities are limitless. WHAT WE PROVIDE 1. One major detail that separates us from all other rented locations is we provide a complimentary CINEMATOGRAPHER ON HAND. Filming in 4k resolution with his SONY FS5 4K digital camera. Gennard is a graduate of FULL SAIL UNIVERSITY with a bachelors in Digital Cinematography, and more than qualified to aid your production in any and every way. A. Don't want to pay for a camera guy? All you can afford right now is the location? No problem, Gennard will act as your LEAD Cinematographer for the shoot. He will film the entire project using his Sony Fs5 4K camera. NO CHARGE!! B. Have your own camera guy? But need a second camera operator for certain scenes? No problem, Gennard will act as your "Camera B" operator for the entire shoot, providing those amazing simultaneous shots we all love, NO CHARGE!! C. Don't need a second camera operator for your project? But wouldn't mind to have some behind the scenes footage, showcasing your magical "on set" development? No problem, Gennard will remain a ghost, filming the entire projects development from start to finish. Feel free to direct his shooting. NO CHARGE!! 2. In the photos you get an idea of how each room would look with the right dressing. We provide enough furnishing to fill one room, such as sofas, tables, chairs and decoration. NO CHARGE!! ( Any other props or furniture needed you're more than welcome to bring at your own cost). 3. At the house you will find a Macbook pro computer along with an EPSON WF -2760 printer at your disposal to print out any last minute documents needed such as (scripts, shot lists, talent releases, hold harmless documents etc.) NO CHARGE!! 4. In the kitchen area there will be packs of bottled water, coffee, fresh pastries and fruit available at your disposal. NO CHARGE!! Standout features of the location include: a large basement which would be perfect for a production office, talent holding or hair and makeup. However if the basement is needed for filming a scene, we have 3 empty and spacious bedrooms up stairs on the third level. You are responsible for any and all damage to items beyond the original condition minus normal wear and tear. Damages may be billed as a repair, cleaning fee, or replacement. If the item is damaged beyond repair, you will be billed for the full fair market replacement value of the item.
