Just a few miles from Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino National Forest, nestled on 4.5 acres sit 9 beautifully restored cabins, a barn, silo, open field and patio, The property is about an hour and a half from LA.
Although quite rustic, we have a sort of modern vibe, great internet service, and plenty of space for social distancing. Rental of barn and grounds for shoots is charged by the hour. Use of the inside of any our cabins is billed as an overnight rental, in addition to the hourly rate for filming on the property.
The cabins are close together but not too close, so there is privacy but you're not secluded. The property itself looks like it's in the middle of the woods but it's really just a few minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants.
The property has a big open flat space which is very hard to find at the top of the mountain. We also have a patch of woods behind the barn.
