This mediterranean mansion will put you at ease with its high ceilings and water ways. It's the perfect location for a large group or multiple shots with different looks. The bottom 2 floors are white and open and the 3rd floor is our little speakeasy hideout. This is a residence so we ask that the neighbors are respected. Our dock has direct access to the canals of the Ventura keys making you feel like you're in Venice with So cal weather! We have Sonos, A/C, and high end appliances. There is a one of a kind ocean- facing balcony with fireplace adjacent to the master bedroom and 1500 sq ft classic 20's speakeasy on the 3rd floor with bar/ pool table/ poker/ arcade etc. The architectural details of the house are one of a kind with elaborate crown molding and lions! We have an outdoor built in jacuzzi, outdoor shower and BBQ on the deck as well.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
