Built in 2002, is a 3-level exclusive live/work loft with an open layout emphasizing light, space and contemporary design in a great Hollywood adjacent area. Our loft features maple hardwood floors, exposed block walls, large double insulated wood framed windows (with an amazing view of the Hollywood Hills), a 24 foot high vaulted beam ceiling, and large exterior deck.
Our fully furnished loft style office / apartment has a great open floor plan including a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, sink and dishwasher. It also has 2 1/2 restrooms and a large downstairs garage space, great for photoshoots, storage, etc.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
