Our newly renovated bungalow is the perfect set location as it is open concept to the kitchen, dining and living, however can be used as multiple set locations if you please. The space is versatile and great as is, or as a blank canvas.
There are various bedrooms (3) (plus additional in the basement) available for use that could be transformed, two side doors for easy unloading of equipment and crew to come and go, a large backyard and deck area, large basement that can be used to store supplies and film if need be. Three newly renovated bathrooms.
Kitchen is modern with white quartz countertops, for beautiful film/food overhead photography or content videos as the kitchen island is very spacious and in the middle of the kitchen.
The home faces south, so the light shines in the window in the morning.
The basement is also newly renovated and an open space.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
