A family run campground with 700,000 square foot/16 acres of land and 5 Cottages available for production to used. Location would be available from October to May for Winter/Early Spring shooting.
Pricing can be negotiated as this is my first time posting and our family feels would be a great opportunity for all genres. Owners will always be on site. There are seasonal trailers that stay over the winter months owned by seasonals and are used again in May for camp use.
We would like to offer productions full use of the campground and its cottages or wilderness sites if need. We are completely flexible with the usage of the campground in the off season.
Our campground is completely pet friendly and one of the hidden gems by the Atlantic Ocean. We also own a forested wilderness property at the same location just 30 seconds away.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
