Hi,
trying this service for the first time. I have a big loft that i can rent out for the days when i am not in Montreal.
The loft is about 1200sf, with 12ft ceilings and good natural lighting that isn't in direct sunlight. So once the blinds are closed you can easily control the lighting of the room artificially.
The loft also has a big brick wall that runs through the entire apartment giving it a very nice New York style vibe. it also has an open kitchen plan with an island table that could easily be used as a bar in a scene.
There's also a unique blackboard wall in the kitchen area that adds a bit more of an artsy look to the apartment.
There are two bedrooms (one is an office) that are sufficiently out of the way to not be directly in the shots). Therefore, focus can easily be the very spacious living room, dining room, open floor kitchen and modern renovated bathroom (if ever a shot in the bathroom is necessary).
