New plantings of flowers, orchards, gazebo, and gardens over the last 6 years on what was bare land. Some stage of work is usually being done on any of the three buildings on the property (1200 sq ft house, raised foundation, wrap around porch; 800 sq ft garage; 700 sq ft trailer) but any can be used for shooting at any time. Super special location with easy access and areas of open space for temporary structures if needed.
