An established destination, since 2006, for music videos, web and TV productions, films, docs, commercials, photo shoots, and multi-media performance art. Perfectly convenient to every major highway, and conveniently accessible by private aircraft. Secluded on eight acres in the foothills of the Niagara Escarpment, the private, thousand-foot, gravel laneway (ideal for foot-chases and romantic walks) leads to the restored farmhouse, circa 1850. Large principal rooms are distinguished by their original wood features, enormous windows, wide-planked pine flooring, exposed brick and beams. Expansive porches surround the house for action and cameras. Beyond the manicured grounds, wilderness galore: thickets of century-old, towering oaks, flaming red maples, majestic pines, as well as a rolling meadow of wildflowers, trees, brush, and bush. A feature attraction is the private and peaceful Flyaway Lake and its occupant, Hatch Island. This multi-functional location captures mystery, history, romance, power and adventure.
