This studio is a 3000 sq ft daylight loft space located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. With an open layout and stunning natural light, our sky-lit industrial space is the perfect location for photo shoots, fashion events, commercial production, or private events.
The loft features the classic Brooklyn look and feel: exposed metal beams, white brick & concrete walls, distressed wood floors, and a gorgeous 5000 sq ft rooftop with bar & panoramic views of Manhattan.
More than just a rental space, this space offers a full production service to make your shoot day or event a breeze. Including production office space, a green room with amenities for hair makeup and wardrobe, a full kitchen set, grip and electric package and an on-site location manager to assist with load-in and load-out, it provides an excellent experience for productions of all sizes.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
