Traditional 3 story Southern home with large yard, live oaks draped with moss on the Intercoastal waterway. There is nothing built across the river so we have wide pristine views. Short walkway pier (has electricity) with floating dock and boat lift.
There is a large pool with diving board and separate large hot tub.

Plenty of parking in the front yard and places to set up catering, production area etc. The property is 2.25 acres. We are a private property so there is no HOA, we are not in a neighborhood. We have done some filming here before so we know what to expect and are very flexible.
We do currently live in the home but can stay elsewhere if needed for a big enough project. There is a guest house that the homeowner uses as a home office with a small apartment on the 2nd floor.
