A darling 1960’s sidesplit with wainscotting and a lot of original features. We have a waterfall with a solarium attached to the back room with a very transcendent backyard. Lush greenery with tall cedars and very large trees. We have a pond too!
A large Old deck that looks out on to the solarium and yard it’s a walk out with an awning to boot!
The bathrooms are old and dated and so is the kitchen. But the sunset light that beams through is stunning at dinner time. The attics are useable and sturdy.
