ALOHA!! Welcome to this TROPICAL ESCAPE! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and all the fun. Right in the middle of all the action that Wicker Park has to offer, your Chicago tropical awaits!
**Due to City of Chicago Covid19 restrictions, please check number of guests prior to booking date**
We’re pretty chill & laid back, however, there are just a few rules & things you need to be aware of in order to keep the good vibes alive.
• All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.
• All bookings must end at 11 PM
• You are responsible for all of your trash removal.
• There is street parking available. We also suggest using SpotHero.
• Equipment, furniture rental, furniture removal and catering services rates are determined based on your party's needs. Ask us for whatever you need and we will make it happen.
• Our space is a non-smoking unit, you are welcome to smoke outside. There will be a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
• For damage - We understand accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. You will be charged by Set Scouter with the credit card you have on file for all damages.

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
