Oakwood Semis

Our home is a very simple, but striking semi-detached building (my sister lives on the other side). The brick is yellow and details (railings, window frames, soffits) are black. The front lawn is very large and green with a huge oak tree on it. There is a reasonably large concrete front porch and one at back. The garage is separate. The style of the house is quite minimal. There is the same light hardwood flooring throughout (herringbone on main) and the staircases are open. The entire interior is painted white (Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace). As of right now there is very little furniture on the main floor. There is a large third floor loft with a walk out to a balcony. The basement is finished with built in shelving and storage (in the same wood as the floor). There is a walkout to the outside from the basement. This house is available regularly and we are happy to store items in our garage (protected by security cameras). We are willing to offer a special rate for use of both properties at once. For the next while, there is a large lot behind our houses that may be used for parking (for at least four additional vehicles).
