Cozy, Spacious Loft

Hello! We have a spacious loft available. Upon entering, we have a big accent wall with Goorin Brothers hats, a wide variety. From the entrance you walk into the open floor plan. First is the kitchen. We are chefs by trade so there is a open storage rack, many pots and pans and a counter top that has been transformed into a work surface. All things around the kitchen can be moved. There are all back appliances and white cabinets. The kitchen is on a raised platform. Right off the platform we have the eating area, with a round table and triangular stools. When put together, the stools make a circle. We are looking to add a breakfast bar right in front of the stove in October/November. We are also in the process of hanging a heavy weight bag, that can be taken down or kept up. The living room is spacious with two, three seated couches. One a light forest green and the other a white floral one. There is a windover chesterfield chair, dark grey, almost black. There’s a book shelf behind one couch and a desk for office space behind the other. We have a nice flat screen on top of a low dark grey organizer. On the wall, around the corner from the entrance, we have a wardrobe. It’s all dark brown and blends into the room as a entertainment center. We had a manufacturing problem with the doors and they are being replaced. We are open to moving things around and depending on the items, taking them in and out. We are also chefs. We have a pop up/catering business. We also have wonderful connections with amazing chefs and restaurants if you are looking for a particular cuisine for catering. We thank you for your consideration.
