The property is designed to blend effortlessly with the surrounding nature of the Los Padres Forest offering panoramic views of the mountainous valley by day and a planetarium experience throughout the night; You will feel like you are worlds away, while being just 5 mins from Ojai’s quaint town center.
The expansive, uninterrupted mountain views create the ideal location for productions, retreats, and photo shoots. The Sky Mountain Villa open floor plan offers hair/makeup rooms, multiple bathrooms and several options for base-camp, digital tech setup, and staging. The property has options available for parking up to 30 cars upon request.
Additionally, there is a separate garage workspace with glass garage doors available upon request. The garage can fit 20+ people and has whiteboards, couches, large meeting table, standing desk space and a couch area with TV that is connected to an AppleTV and DirecTV.
Within the 20 acre estate, the two private homes, Sky Mountain Villa and Infinity Bungalows, are close enough to walk or drive between, if you should book both, but they are also far enough apart with separate entrances to ensure complete privacy during your stay.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
