A four-story boutique hotel and event venue that features five spacious and versatile condo-style suites (23 hotel rooms), a sprawling rooftop deck overlooking Downtown Austin, and more than 8,000 sq. ft. of convertible indoor / outdoor gathering space. From corporate retreats to bachelorette celebrations to networking events, we offer one-of-a-kind accommodations and venue space for any occasion.
Hotel units 1, 2, & 3 are larger, split-level suites. These units are separated by retractable walls that can be removed to open up the first floor into one large open-plan venue space, including the lobby. These units also have garage doors that open up onto the pool veranda to create an indoor-outdoor space.
Units 4 & 5 are smaller, single-level suites on the third floor. These units would serve greate as green rooms or bride/groom suites because they offer a bit more privacy than the other three units.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
