The highlight of this space is the large, well-lit bedroom with an adjoining bath. The room opens up to a spacious deck and back yard. A wide, gently-sloping ramp leads up to the deck from the driveway level, making it extra easy to get cameras, lights, etc. to the room. Although generally not included in the rental, we would be willing to discuss the use of our kitchen, living room, and dining room, all located on the main floor.
Please keep in mind that this is an owner-occupied residence in a quiet neighborhood. We value maintaining our neighbors' privacy and a peaceful environment. To that end, we are sensitive to crew-size on the property, and enforce a "no filming after 10 pm" house rule.
