This is a newly renovated 2500sq ft (freestanding building) former warehouse in West New York, NJ (15-20 min from Midtown Manhattan). There are 14-20ft ceilings throughout, heated concrete floors, open concept kitchen with high-end stainless appliances (sub zero, viking, miele, etc) with a large 4x8 waterfall edged white marble island. 2 full bathrooms (one Spa style with oversize Balinese soaking tub, heated towel racks and rainshower). Unusual/oversize decor including statues, fountains, chandeliers, velvet swing, etc.
We have skylights throughout, as well as 12ft tall LED "windows" in the large living room space. They are fully controllable (color+brightness) and are great for ambience, and helpful for continuity. Soundsystem throughout (inc. roof deck), high speed internet/WiFi. Some production lighting/grip available (additional) on site. One reserved parking spot + ample street parking.
Owners are filmmakers and very production friendly/knowledgeable.
Some grip equipment available on site (stands, sandbags, V-flats) as well as professional wardrobe steamer and two clothing racks.
