This 1600 sq ft unit occupies the second and third floor of a house in Somerville, MA. The unit is all new hardwood flooring, open concept living room, dining room, and study room. We have an outdoor front porch and back porch. The back porch has expansive views of Somerville and part of the Boston skyline. We do not have much furniture in the house, making it easily versatile and customizable depending on your specific needs. Available seven days per week, pricing negotiable. Basement storage is available for multi-day shoots. Driveway can guarantee 2 cars, 4 cars with advance notice.
