Located within the LA thirty mile zone for filming, our large resort-style backyard is perfect for any shoots requiring an oasis-themed environment. Newly remodeled, the pool is surrounded with beautiful rocks with palm trees everywhere. The waterfall and rockslide leading into the pool really cement the scene. Did we mention there's a bar at pool level? And near the pool there is also a large BBQ area with a fire pit that is perfect for any themes from relaxation to partying! There is also a full bathroom outside for convenience.
Inside we have a large and modern kitchen space with a big center island and ample space for any cooking or food prep needed. The kitchen is right next to a dining room and living room. At this time we are only allowing filming in the backyard

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
