My home is a small but cozy bungalow that its on 6.7 acres with large grass areas and partially forested with large sugar maples and beech trees.
A few out buildings such as sheds/chicken coop and a gazebo which are all powered.
We have a large pond approximately 3/4 acre in size, and 2 accesses from the street, with plenty of parking for film crew.
