Our place is conveniently located only steps away from the Baltimore Waterfront Promenade and boasts free, easy street parking for all guests. We offer three distinct floor plans (two are open concept) that provide endless staging possibilities. We currently have 4x 6 foot tables, 25 x chairs, Black and white table coverings, and a Bluetooth speaker for use during events. We have an office room that’s perfect for tech support and tech set-ups. The space has natural lighting as well as industrial style dimmer ceiling lights that helps create whatever mood your shoot or filming requires. Neutral Colored Walls and Hardwood floors makes this space the perfect blank canvas for all of your production needs. The street level access makes it easy for loading and unloading equipment. Whether you’re planning a Photoshoot, TV + Movie Filming or Product Launch - this is the ideal spot for your next production shoot in Downtown Baltimore. Space Rules - No nudity is allowed - Furniture and wall decorations can be moved from the areas that will be used. However, they may not be removed from the building. If given advance notice owner will remove items. - Out of respect for the owner, please return to the condition in which you found it.
