This two-story white American home with black window shutters is a cute as a counrty button. Tucked away in sleepy suburban Willow Spring ( which is ETAed for Raleigh) We are a 25-minute commute to the city of downtown Raleigh NC. As you drive up the long driveway off the culdesac you are greeted with Sweet Pea Lane charm. A fabulous view of one acre of beautiful NC trees with the option of hammocks!
We are in the middle of the state a sort days drive , 3 1/2 hrs west to the mountains or east to the coast ( Wilmington for example)
BONUS NOTE !!!! My husband and I also live part-time in another city 2 hours away due to his work and during your production, we can stay away giving you freedom and time WITHOUT the RUSH of giving us our living space back. Where are you going to find that near the Triangle area! We are flexible with decor as well if you want to bring your own temporary. Just safely take care of ours.
You may use the yard and the house but our back yard storage building and our bed room will be off-limits. HOWEVER, you are welcome to store your equipment in our house overnight for example no problem. But you will still have full acess to the other two bedrooms etc.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
