This 5bed/3bath home was built in 2019 with 2802 sqft. It has a nice open floor-plan especially in the Kitchen/Living room area with lots of windows for natural light. We've also installed "Daylight bulbs" in our lights for better lighting as well.
All areas of the home are open for filming including the bedrooms.
Due to Covid 19 we require that everyone apart of the crew wear a mask at all times in the house and all talent wear a mask when they are not filming.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
