Charming 1920 Craftsman Bungalow In The Heart Of Hollywood

1920 Craftsman style bungalow with wraparound front porch, full of character and beautiful original features; the most striking being all the wood work (built-ins, wide crown moldings and baseboards). They are the first thing everyone notices when first stepping foot into the spacious, wide open main room (composed of the living room and dining room, with added reading area). Original oak hardwood floors (mostly) throughout add a lot of warmth and a touch of old world charm. Beautiful working gas fireplace made of original brick. The house also has an easily accessible attic. We use it for storage, but it's fun, messy, and even a little creepy... Green, lush front and back yard. Two guesthouses in the back (separate building). Usually tenant occupied, but occasionally vacant and available to production for an extra fee (please inquire). Being 100 years old comes with loads of charm, but also some challenges... A few areas are in need of love, upgrades and/or repairs, but haven't gotten their turn yet.
