From the top floor you have unobstructed views of NYC from 21 miles away. Film the steady flow of marine vessels including container ships entering the port of NY off the tip of Sandy Hook. The decor is minimal and classic featuring custom built live oak tables and house plants. A very cozy coastal and woodsy decor matches the homes location upon a woodsy cliff less than a one mile walk to the beach.
Nestled on a corner lot on a quiet hilltop street the home is a lovely setting for commercial films or capturing stock footage of the every changing landscape that is Sandy Hook and the Atlantic Ocean.
