The house is a 1950s side-split that has been updated to reflect a more modern vibe.
It's on a big lot, with mature trees and set back from the road.
Inside you'll find spacious areas to eat, work and play, with a sunken room off the main part for more privacy and relaxation.
On the upper floor there are two fun kids bedrooms in pink and blue, and a master bedroom with a ensuite.
The basement is carpeted, with kids playroom and a separate open space for TV watching, exercise and working out. There is also a treadmill and fireplace.
We are open to accommodating the needs of a production crew in most parts of the house and it can be available any season.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
