This antique home built in the 1960s is well kept. It has a lot of character; boasting large areas and open spaces to host various types of events and productions.
There is a large back yard that can be used for outdoor gatherings. Tables and chairs can be provided at an extra cost if you need have a seated event in any area of the property.
We can be a one-stop shop where we can provide everything for your event. A few of the services we are able to provide are; Catering (Private chefs & Food & Drinks), Tables and Chairs, Cameraman, Cameras, Photographers, Bartenders, Waiting staff and even an MC for your event.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
