Modern 4 season 2 storey cottage on the shores of the Ottawa River across from Constance Bay and just 40 minutes from downtown Ottawa.
Waterfront property with sandy beach in the summer and frozen winter wonderland in the winter.
Property has multiple outside decks and a HotTub. All offer great views of the water.
In the summer the property has dock (note speedboat is not included in the rental). Includes access to kayaks and paddle board.
In the winter river will freeze over which offers potential for winter activities like ice fishing, snow shoeing, ice skating (depending on ice conditions).
Inside the property features floor to ceiling windows on the 2nd floor which has pool table as a centrepiece.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
