The decor is inspired by a blend of mid century modern, some of my favorite things (who doesn't love a painting of a badass woman and a 20lb brass turkey leg?) - and a love of Palm Springs. The outdoor space is built for relaxing - newly covered for some much needed shade - and ready for early morning coffee, post hike recovery and sunset grilling. About the home. Equipped with 400/20 internet for video conferencing, streaming, etc. and multiple working surfaces for those opting to WFPS. There are 2 living spaces, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The kitchen and living spaces have been remodeled to create an open floor plan with skylights to brighten the space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz waterfall countertops and island. The bathrooms have also been completely remodeled. The master bath has a walk in shower with rain shower head and the guest bath has a shower and tub - also with a rain shower head. Both have excellent water pressure and amenities from R+Co. There are two living areas. The living room has a super comfy sectional and a custom live edge maple coffee table. The den has a Modernica Case Study sectional, a small writing desk, a Nelson Saucer lamp along with a 60" TV with cable, an Apple TV stocked with movies and an Echo Show. About the outdoor space. The large yard and patio have plenty of space to spread out - spend time in the pool, nap on the sofa, read a book with your feet in the pool on chairs designed for just that, or play cornhole. Recently updated with a partially shaded Yoga deck with fantastic mountain views, a custom mural and a gas fireplace on the main patio.
